Excellent service! Actually came two days earlier than expected. They came with a crew that methodically removed some very tall branches. They cleaned up and did a very thorough job.We have had two other services in the past from other companies that did just OK, but Birchwood was the best!

My neighbor hired these guys to trim branches that were hanging into his yard from my Evergreen that sits about 6 ft. from the property line in my yard. They started by trimming the branches in my neighbors yard up to the fence/property line which is all they can do, but then...Without ringing my doorbell or asking me, they went into my backyard with a wheelbarrow and cut 5 branches off at the trunk. Luckily my dog wasn't out and ran out the gate.My wife told me they were in our yard, so I ran out of the house and confronted what seemed to be the owner. After asking him what he's doing on my property, he says: trimming some branches, it looks better doesn't it? Seriously? Jackass sarcastic remark. I didn't hire you, I didn't want you on my property and I certainly didn't want my branches cut on my side.They should know better as a "reputable business". No reason to ever enter other properties unless you want to clean up, but yall really need to understand property laws and respect people.I honestly thought about filing a police report for trespassing and vandalism, but I don't want to waste my time with these guys. There are way better companies that are local that understand what it means to be a professional tree trimming service, so don't waste your money or time.
